Privacy and data protection

Requiem Company, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 57.672.377/0001-04, Maceió, AL, is the controller of the data processed on this site.

The site does not ask you for any data. It has no form, uses no audience analytics tool and sets no cookie of its own. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, with no calls to other services.

The server that hosts the site logs every visit: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser identification. These logs serve the security of the site and compliance with the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazilian Internet Act, Lei 12.965/2014, art. 15), which requires them to be kept for 6 months.

The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Lei 13.709/2018), art. 7, II. After the 6 months, the logs are deleted. We do not use them for advertising or profiling.

The site is hosted on a server of Peramix Inc., in a data center in Dallas, United States. Peramix acts as a processor: it runs the server where the access logs are stored and does not use them for any other purpose. The logs are therefore transferred outside Brazil, to meet the legal obligation to keep them (LGPD, art. 33, IX, together with art. 7, II).

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can:

• confirm whether we process your data and get access to it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• find out with whom we share your data;
• request the portability of your data;
• file a complaint with the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority).

Access logs are kept for the 6 months the law requires, even if deletion is requested earlier (LGPD, art. 16, I).

The DPO, responsible for personal data processing, can be reached at anderson.barbosa@requiemcompany.com. To locate an access log entry, give the date, the approximate time and, if you know it, the IP address used. We reply within 15 days (LGPD, art. 19, II).
